⚫️ The Supreme Court Will Decide a Significant Special Education Case.
 
The justices will decide whether families must exhaust special education proceedings when they seek money damages under other federal laws.

The case, Perez v. Sturgis Public Schools, is scheduled to be heard on January 18, 2023.
